Overview:

Crafts conversational, easy to understand content for digital (web and mobile) and front line employee acquisition and servicing experiences

Provides intuitive instructions to easily help the end user navigate through applications and websites by providing intuitive instructions, navigational cues, etc

Edit or rewrite copy as necessary

Demonstrates creativity ands and the ability to vary language and tone of messages based on product and medium

Responsibilities:
This role will provide copywriting services to write content for acquisition and servicing digital experiences across all lines for P&C (Auto, Umbrella, Home, Renters, Condo, Personal Property)

This role will be responsible for editing the content within the approve excel framework artifacts and hand off within stated deadlines working in a queue type environment

Under the direction of the project manager, this role will provide daily goals to achieve to have accountability towards the deliverables set forth in the project management software

This individual will have heads down writing time, but will also spend time receiving feedback from multiple stakeholders and editorial teams that needs to be accommodated into the final copy of the content artifacts prior to development handoff

Requirements:
3 years of minimum relevant experience with UX copywriting

2 years of minimum relevant experience with cross functional collaboration with Designers and Product Managers

Must have hands-on work experience with Figma, Excel and Rally/Jira

Raise risks and concerns when deadlines are at risk so that the project manager can make adjustments and notify the sponsor stakeholders in a timely manner

Leverage brand documents to encompass the proper tone and brand to set forth in the content
