Job Description:

As a UX Designer, you'll lead our product's user experience strategy, collaborating on intuitive interfaces, design systems, and guidelines.

Conducting user research and tracking industry trends, you'll drive continuous product improvement.

Your role includes influencing a uneccentric culture and championing design thinking and execution excellence across the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.

Conduct user research to gather insights and incorporate findings into the design process.

Create wireframes. prototypes and user flows to visualize and communicate concepts effectively. Iterate on designs based on feedback, usability testing and analytics to enhance user satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve designs.

Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure seamless integration of designs into the final product.

Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to a user-centric culture within the organization.

Provide design guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design environment & skills.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. HCI, Interaction Design, Graphic Design) Proven experience as a user Experience Designer or similar role, showcasing a strong portfolio of design projects.

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch or Adobe Creative Suite. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

Strong communication skills to effectively present and articulate design decisions.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Experience with conducting user research and usability testing.

Knowledge of web and mobile design standards and best practices.

Familiarity with front-end development technologies is a plus.
