Qualification:

• A Varicent consultant is a professional who specializes in implementing and optimizing Varicent's sales performance management software for businesses. These consultants typically have expertise in Varicent's technology stack, including its Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) solution, quota planning tools, territory management features, and sales analytics capabilities

Responsibilities:

• Conduct workshops to understand user requirements, deliver the documentation as part of discover and design phase.
• Review and design Varicent system architecture.
• Design Varicent database to build commission system.
• Design system integration architecture.
• Build/test/deploy Varicent components including reports and integrations.
