Roles & Responsibilities:

 

  • Experience in development in Varicent ICM modules (e.g.: Calculations, tables and imports, views, portal Access, task manager, and presenter report and webforms).
  • Business knowledge of the sales compensation business processes preferably in pharmaceutical and health care industry.
  • Knowledge of software development and implementation lifecycles.
  • Review and analyze application performance, to provide enhancement recommendations and process improvements.
  • Derive and understand business needs and document the findings.
  • Assist in planning and organizing tasks, report task progress, coordinate with team members during implementation.
  • Support and maintain existing ICM applications - troubleshoot and fix defects, perform maintenance activities.
  • Assist business partners with problems and resolve issues independently.
  • Responsibilities in this role also include supporting and troubleshooting solutions for customers in a live production environment. Additionally, you may also work within the software implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering, design, build, testing and go-live.
  • The individual will work collaboratively with team members carrying out the tasks to perform investigations, root cause analysis, and defect resolution with multiple lines of business including design, build, maintain, and extend data models within Varicent Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) platform.
