Position Summary:
The VBA Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated solutions using Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) within Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, test, and implement VBA scripts and applications to automate repetitive tasks and streamline workflows.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business processes.
Maintain and enhance existing VBA applications, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Create user-friendly interfaces and documentation for end-users.
Conduct troubleshooting and debugging of existing code to resolve issues.
Provide training and support to team members on VBA applications and best practices.
Stay updated with the latest VBA and Excel features to continually improve applications.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in VBA development, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
Strong knowledge of Excel functions, formulas, and data manipulation techniques.
Experience with other programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
