Description

Job Description: 

  • An experienced Virtual Desktop Infrastructure engineer with extensive technical knowledge in Linux, Azure , VMWare, Automation, Cloud Computing , Windows systems providing resolutions to technical challenges.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize CVDI golden images/Templates.
  • Complete UAT of the golden images/Templates.
  • Submit CHG request and obtain approval.
  • Support and resolve L2/L3 Customer VDI incidents.
  • Support CVDI request and CVDI hardware upgrade requests.
  • Support New VDI build and CMDB updates.
  • Support Customer VDI releases.
  • Support Customer VDI Capacity Mgmt (Clean up double access/unused session/*** user session, weekly/monthly audits).
  • Support CAD VDI pool Mgmt (Add/remove VMs to pools, Maintain user access groups).
  • Coordinate with Network team and ISRM for firewall changes.
  • Coordinate with CSD and DC team for CAD blade hardware issues and other maintenance activities.
