Description

·       Experience in Veeva Vault configuration

·       Perform Veeva Vault user access management:

o   Verify training status

o   Add/remove users from vault

§  Assign security profiles, license types, groups

o   Communicate to users the status of requests.

·       Create/Maintain Work Instructions

·       Create/Manage Veeva Vault QMS change controls

·       Perform Veeva Vault configuration changes for enhancements and elective release functionality

o   Veeva Certification and configuration experience in at least one of eTMF, CTMS, PromoMats, MedComms, RIM

·       Veeva Vault environment management

o   Refresh vaults as needed.

o   Create new vaults as needed.

o   Monitor age and size of vaults and communicate impending size and age limits.

o   Monitor license usage and communicate impending limits.

·       Monitor various email inboxes, ServiceNow groups and team channel communications for action.

·       Analyze ServiceNow ticket history for trends and continuous improvement opportunities.

·       Manage business and IS stakeholders.

·       PS: All the above ask require hands on experience, and the desired team member has to be performing these activities on day-to-day basis.

Education

· Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
