Vice President of Lending

Job Description:

15-20 + years of relevant experience in Corporate / Wholesale Lending with large Banks or technology providers or Service/BPO providers

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership to align the ODC's goals with the overall objectives of the organization

Develop and communicate a clear vision for the ODC's growth, efficiency, and success

Lead and inspire a diverse team of professionals to achieve operational and organizational goals

2.Team Management:

Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a high-performing offshore team

Foster a collaborative and efficient work culture within the ODC

Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members

3.Customer Management and Project Delivery:

Engage with customers to align on Scope of Work expectations in order to achieve financial and customer satisfaction objectives

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects from India delivery center. Projects will be located outside India and within India

Ensure that projects deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and budget and with quality
