We are looking for Vice President Sales for our US operations. This role report to COO/Country Head USA. In this high impact role, you will enable the success of Clarion’s aggressive growth plans by acquiring new customers in US/ Canada markets. You will lead, coach and develop a high-impact team of Direct Marketing Sales Professionals and set up a Sales Partner channel as well. If you are passionate about B2B sales in cutting edge software& digital solutions and love to understand and solve customer pain areas and work collaboratively with cross functional teams, this is the role for you!

Job Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience with at least 3 years as Sales Head or in Senior Sales Role.

• Excellent Sales Management skills.

• Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets.

• Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization.

• Strong experience in B2B Sales & Inside Sales.

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up

assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.

• Strong in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work

environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

• Excellent leadership skills with strong coaching, training and development skills.

• Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.

• Ability to learn & grasp new areas.

• Flexible, Open to new ideas & willing to adapt.
