  • MAC installation, configuration & technical support.
  • Windows installation, Configurations, Operations.
  • Complete troubleshooting of Desktop & Laptops.
  • Configuration & Operation of all peripherals.
  • User data backup & restorations.
  • O365 I Configurations, operations & complete troubleshooting.
  • End user applications installations & basic level support.
  • Basic troubleshooting for network issues.
  • Remote support for end users.
  • MS teams, Zoom, VC & VC Setup.
  • Mobile device configuration /Management.
