Collaborate to deliver quality, on-brand creatives and visuals for a superior customer experience and help drive revenue growth for our business across all digital channels
Ideate and partner with internal POCs like the social media manager and the brand manager and external agency partners to execute flawless marketing campaign assets, promotional materials, and creatives
Partner with shoot agencies to art direct and plan catalogue, campaign and digital shoots
Work with marketing team to create product-design based collaterals like packaging inserts, flyers, packaging designs
Consistently raise the bar for creative development and execution
Support your designs using insights including quantitative data and site metrics, segmentation, and feedback
Ensure all projects are completed within identified timelines and budgets. Work with your directs to increase efficiencies and output for each member, including your own.
Develop conceptual detailed visual mock-ups and presentations to communicate high-level visual strategies
Perform shared tasks and activities required to ensure Creative Team functionality and output including managing incoming briefs and requests, updating SOPs and guidelines, and procuring visual tools. Provide and manage visual documentation and processes for your team.
Create and maintain visual guidelines, best practices and playbooks to reduce and minimize churn and maintain consistency across a range of brands
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Visual Communications, or related
10+ years of professional experience in a Graphic or Visual Design role in the e-commerce, consumer marketing space, D2C brand or agency role
10+ years of professional use and an exemplified mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite – including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. Professional experience in new age AI tools like Canva, Runway ML,
8+ years implementing design across brand and digital including email, social, mobile, desktop, app, and web for an established brand
8+ years of experience managing multiple design projects, requests, and scheduling in a fast-paced environment
8+ years of professional experience collaborating with creative and technical teams
8+ years of photo editing and retouching
8+ years of experience with responsive design and applied knowledge of accessibility best practices.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
An exemplified mastery of the principals of design, colour theory, typography, and graphics file creation optimized for digital, social and e-commerce
Proven knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals and ability to implement them to create dynamic creative and solutions
Ability to problem solve, support, and collaborate with other team members effectively
Unwavering attention to detail and an acute awareness that every detail counts
Experience in product render and lifestyle design is a plus
Illustration and motion design experience is beneficial
Video production and editing is beneficial
Demonstrated business acumen and customer-centricity
Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently and as a team leader
