Voice Engineer

Responsibilities

The Voice Engineer shall have the following knowledge and be responsible for the following tasks:
7+ years of experience as a Voice Engineer
Will deploy, troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize IP Telephony, voice, video, and mobility solutions
Will assist in the design and implementation of Cisco Unified Communication products
Ability to manage dual environments
Strong knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications Manager Version 14
Conduct vulnerability patching
Will be responsible for upgrading systems including day-to-day upgrades
Integrating MS Teams and Cisco
Designs, administers, and analyzes IP telephony systems corporate dial plans, and traffic routes for voice network structure, to optimize the organization's effectiveness and to provide quality telecommunication service.
Administers and monitors IP telephony systems for performance.
Review requests from various departments to determine the best-suited infrastructure. Schedules installations and relocations of telephone services.
Supporting more junior team members
Ability to work independently
Perform other duties relevant to the project as assigned.
