Description

  • Bachelors degree in relevant major such as Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information systems, etc.
  • 5+ years IT experience in the field of VOIP/ IP telephony.
  • 5+ years experience in Cisco UC Manager / Call Manager (CUCM).
  • 5+ years experience in Cisco Unity / Cisco Unity Connection (CUC).
  • 3+ Cisco IM & Presence Server (IM&P) / Cisco Jabber.
  • 3+ years experience in Cisco Contact Center UCCX or UCCE.
  • 3+ years experience with Cisco Webex Cloud technology WxC and WxCC.
  • Experience with Calabrio Call recording.
  • Experience with Voice IOS Gateways with H.323, MGCP.
  • Experience with Cisco Emergency Responder (CER) and Cisco Expressway.
  • Experience with Cisco Unified Border Element (CUBE) and SIP Trunking.
  • Familiar with LAN/WAN technologies and IP Addressing.
