I am seeking someone with 3-4 years in a incident/ ticket support environment, and good experience in VMware/ and Linux environment. This is not a try systems engineer, but more of a Support Engineer. We are open to relocation but must be able to be onsite day one.
Shifts:
- All shifts are 4x10
- Shifts can be 1st or 2nd, any day of the week
- On-site 3 days per week; and 1 day remote 40 hours per week
Required Skills:
- 2-3 years of professional experience, ideally within an enterprise environment supporting high volumes of tickets and incidences.
- Tracking tickets within JIRA and updating completion/documentation as needed
- Experience building and administration within VMware and Linux
