Description

I am seeking someone with 3-4 years in a incident/ ticket support environment, and good experience in VMware/ and Linux environment. This is not a try systems engineer, but more of a Support Engineer. We are open to relocation but must be able to be onsite day one.

 

Shifts:

  • All shifts are 4x10
  • Shifts can be 1st or 2nd, any day of the week
  • On-site 3 days per week; and 1 day remote 40 hours per week

Required Skills:

  • 2-3 years of professional experience, ideally within an enterprise environment supporting high volumes of tickets and incidences.
  • Tracking tickets within JIRA and updating completion/documentation as needed
  • Experience building and administration within VMware and Linux
