  • Primary Skill: Windows 365 Cloud PC Intune Azure
  • W365 Administration is the initial point of contact for Citrix, UAM, Service Desk for all things W365 for Mattel GTO.

     

Responsabilit s

 

  • 10+ years of exp rience and W365 Cloud PC management using OnPrem/SaaS endpoint manager.
  • Secure and validate Cloud PC's are following Mattel Security guidelines for deployment and usage
  • Maintain and enforce modern application deployment needs through Intune.
  • Create/Test/Deploy Provisioning profiles.
  • Monitor usage patterns and usage rates to ensure that employees are using the system efficiently and effectively.
  • Provision and Deprovision Cloud PC's as required.
  • Troubleshoot deployment and usage issues with ServiceDesk/UAM/Citrix teams.
  • Monitor Azure network connection health and troubleshoot with networking team as needed.
  • Interface with Infrastructure for troubleshooting and operationalization needs
  • Open MSFT support tickets and lead troubleshooting efforts as needed with Mattel support.

  • Provide bi-weekly reports on login count and usage of individual pools using both Nexthink and Intune available tools.
  • Assist Infrastructure team in level setting subnet groups within each vNET per sizing requirements.
  • Create/Test/Deploy Provisioning profiles per project need.
  • Audit logs using PowerShell and available console/NexThink tools.
  • Align Intune uploaded deployment packages with application stack version requirements.
  • Access pre req's: Tenant Intune Service Administrator access
