• Previous experience with WalkMe

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to customize and integrate WalkMe elements

• Capability of interpreting data to make data-driven decisions

• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Attention to detail, ensuring elements are visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned to appropriate brand guidelines

• Problem-solving skills, ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to implementations

• Ability to coordinate tasks effectively with timelines and resources

• Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus
