Role: Warehouse Associate.

Location: 17 Brenneman Circle, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050-2651 (Onsite).

Duration: 06+ Months.

Warehouse – Staging Function:

• Provide staging services at client facility.
• Understand existing processes followed by team for staging services/function.
• Map activities being performed by the existing team and collect available documentation covering.
  • Equipment / Device Intake & Inventory Tracking
  • Equipment Staging
  • Equipment / Device Dispatch & Reporting
  • Daily Progress / Metrics Update in Standard Template
  • Weekly Progress / Metrics Update in Standard Template.

Technical Deliverables:

• Stage Retail / IMAC / POC Devices – Equipment provided to Staging team for configuration.
• Maintain and Update Standard operating procedures for various devices supported by staging function of the organization.
• Maintain and Update Standard operating procedures the existing devices part of organizational asset refresh cycle / Refresh Programs.
• Provide recommendations to optimize the services including cost enhancement and performance enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Staging/troubleshooting experience with various Retail / IMAC / POC devices.
• Ability to install , troubleshoot and assist team members for wide range of Devices applications in Retail Store environment.
• Excellent customer service orientation and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical thinking and Problem Solving ability
• Certifications:
  • A+ Hardware (must), ITIL (preferred) , CCNA (preferred).
  • Microsoft : MCP/MCSE/MCTS, etc. (preferred).
• Tools      : ServiceNow,  Microsoft Suite, Windows OS, Mac OS (preferred),  MS Office O365.
