Web Application Developer (Backend Developer)

Roles and Responsibilities :

• 0 - 2 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Python/Java/React JS/NodeJS. Should have experience in Backend Programming Language.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in Python and Java/Kotlin.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Implement best practices for software development, including testing, documentation, and version control.
• IT SalesForce Team Lead ( 5-7yrs Experience ) :
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Proficiency in database management and SQL.
• Experience with web frameworks such as Django (Python) or Spring (Java).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
