What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark

Participates in the project walk through with the Project Coordinator and Web Designer to discuss the scope and timeline 
Collaborates in meetings to discuss project ideas, website functionalities, and code reviews 
Develops projects based on the agreed final project goal 
Coordinates with the Project Coordinator for any queries or clarifications regarding project details 
Coordinates with the Team Leader on any technical challenges on the project handled 
Conducts website testing to ensure that the web functionalities work and are compliant to our website standards 
Submits the output to the Quality Control Team for the assessment on the web standards and site functionalities 
Fixes bugs and implements possible solutions for the quality control kickbacks 
Executes revisions based on the feedback of the client 
Complies with the requirements prior to a website going live after getting the client’s approval 
Sends the website documentation to the Project Coordinator assigned to the project 
Updates the status of the project management tool based on the progress work 
Researches new technologies that are required to improve and deliver high performing websites to our customers 
Takes responsibility and ownership on projects assigned from the beginning till end of the development cycle 
Ensures that the website developed is delivered timely and exceeds customer’s expectations and/or included all requested requirements 
Collaborates in team meetings as required to discuss project ideas and during code reviews 
Follows best coding practices, complies with the QC’s Website Standards, and observe processes implemented in the department 
Develops and maintains special projects relating to custom solutions


Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.

Must have at least 1 year experience as Web Developer 
Must have working knowledge in HTML5, CCS3, MySQL, PHP 
Must have at least 2 years experience with WordPress, Wordpress codex, Wordpress rest, API/Filters/Hooks and eCommerce development 
Preferably with experience in any CMS template, plugin and custom feature creation 
Preferably with experience in Git/GitHub/GitLab, Git Visualization tools 
Preferably with experience in other CMS frameworks, CSS Frameworks, JS Frameworks, Task Runners/Module Bundlers
