Web Producer

This opportunity is in the solution design and development arena for Web Producer who will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of our website. To collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the website aligns with the organization’s goals and objectives, delivers an exceptional user experience, and meets high standards of quality and compliance. 

Job Description (Main Duties and Responsibilities):  

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable plans. 
• Manage all aspects of the website including content, design, functionality, and performance. 
• Coordinate with web developers, designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to implement website updates and enhancements. 
• Ensure the website meets accessibility, usability, and security standards. 
• Develop and implement SEO plans 
• Monitor website analytics and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. 
• Conduct quality assurance testing and troubleshooting to resolve issues promptly. 
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to web development and digital marketing. 
• Develop and maintain documentation related to website processes, procedures, and updates. 
• Provide training and support to internal users on website management tools and processes. 

Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience Needed [The candidate must demonstrate these in all stages of assessment]  

• Bachelor’s degree in Web Development, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 
• Proven 4+ years of experience as a Web Producer, Web Developer, or similar role. 
• Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal). 
• Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and SEO principles. 
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
• Expertise with Content Creation, Web Development, Project Management, Marketing and Analytics 
• Strong exposure with web analytics 
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices. 
• Proficiency in platforms like WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla for content creation and management. 
• Familiarity with tools like Trello, Asana, or JIRA to manage tasks, timelines, and team collaboration. 
• Basic skills in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva for creating visual content. 
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics to track and analyze web performance. 
• Familiarity with programming languages such as PHP or Python for working with dynamic web applications.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and integration. 
• Certifications in relevant areas (e.g., Google Analytics, Agile, CMS platforms) are a plus.
