Responsible for the Design, Implement and support advanced Messaging solutions to replace existing Raven and Twilio.
Utilize knowledge and understanding of Cisco Wexbex Connect, and the associated Ecosystem.
Lead technical discussion through project life cycle, including design, implementation and support, across technology platforms.
Collaborate with members of the team, contributing to the team's success overall.
Required Skills:
1-3+ years of experience with Cisco Webex Connect
Enable third-party systems to trigger outbound customer interactions in Webex Connect via APIs or files based on contextual customer and business actions and events
experience using APIs and SDKs to build applications that improve end-to-end customer journeys and operational efficiency
