Web/Graphic Designer

Overview:

We are seeking a talented Web Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for preparing designs across various digital platforms, ensuring our web presence is both visually compelling and user-friendly. 
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, development, and content, to deliver high-quality designs that align with our brand identity and business objectives.

Responsibilities:
Design responsive websites, landing pages, and digital interfaces from concept to completion.
Translate wireframes and mockups into visually appealing and functional designs.
Create design prototypes, including low and high-fidelity wireframes, using tools such as Figma.
Collaborate with Marketing Manager, Leads, web developers, and content writers to understand user needs and business requirements.
Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in web design and user experience.

Specific Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in web/graphic designing.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, color, print, and web.
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Ability to design and create highly engaging motion graphics for video deliverables (advantage)
Experience in creating PowerPoint presentations and video editing (optional).
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (optional)
