Exp : 10 to 15 years.

Strong experience hands in installing & configuring weblogic server.
Minimum 6+ years of solid experience in managing and administering Oracle Weblogic Server.
Excellent weblogic trouble shooting skills.
Expertise in configuring manage servers, JDBC connection pools, data sources for the applications.
Involve in performance tuning of WebLogic server by fine tuning various parameters like JDBC connection pools, JMS parameters, JVM.
Extensive experience in Experience in clustering, JMS connections, security.
Configure JVM arguments, JMS/JDBC adapters, MQ, RAC data sources, user authentication and troubleshot issues with process deployments.
Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, excessive garbage collection, threading issues.
Experince in setting up SSL communication and security standards for the applications deployed in weblogic.
Configure WebLogic LDAP for user authentication for applications as well as WebLogic :
Install, configure, and administer Oracle WebLogic Server across various environments. 
Manage and maintain WebLogic server instances, including applying patches and upgrades as necessary. 
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WebLogic server configuration, performance, and deployments. 
Fine-tune WebLogic server parameters for optimal performance, including JDBC connection pools, JMS parameters, and JVM settings. 
Configure and manage clustering, JMS connections, and security settings in WebLogic environments. Implement best practices for securing WebLogic servers and applications. 
Configure JVM arguments, JMS/JDBC adapters, MQ, RAC data sources, and user authentication mechanisms. 
Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot issues related to application deployments and performance. 
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on WebLogic administration best practices. Document configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures for knowledge sharing and future reference. 
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 10-15 years of experience in installing, configuring, and administering Oracle WebLogic Server. 
Minimum 6 years of solid experience in managing and administering WebLogic Server in enterprise environments. 
Excellent troubleshooting skills with a proven track record of resolving complex issues. 
Expertise in configuring manage servers, JDBC connection pools, data sources, and other WebLogic server components. 
Strong understanding of WebLogic server clustering, JMS connections, and security configurations. 
Experience in performance tuning WebLogic server environments by optimizing various parameters. 
Proficiency in configuring JVM arguments, JMS/JDBC adapters, MQ, RAC data sources, and user authentication mechanisms. 
Familiarity with monitoring tools for WebLogic server performance and availability. 
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
