Wi-Fi Engineer

Job Description:
Technical skillset:
Must have strong knowledge and experience on Wifi roaming, Passpoint, EAP-SIM, EAP-AKA, TWAG (Trusted Wireless Access Gateway), 3GPP standard, TCP/IP, Diameter, QOS, and all layers of OSI model.
Must have strong knowledge and working experience with RADIUS, Diameter, access control, DPI, policy control, Netflow, IPFIX, IPDR, content filter, traffic shaping and policy enforcement solutions.
Must have extensive knowledge of 802.11 wireless standards, technologies, methodologies, and security practices.
Must have extensive experience and knowledge of Authentication, Authorization, and Accounting (AAA) protocols such as RADIUS and IEEE 802.1X standards.
Must to have strong knowledge or experience on PCRF, PCEF, Quota manager, Mediation, Billing platform, etc.
Must to have strong Unix/Linux system administrator or engineering experience .
Nice to have experience with Tomia or Digital Route, Salesforce, B/OSS systems.

Job Responsibilities:
Research and feasibility study on multiple potential vendors for the selected option
Create requirements in discussion with relevant stakeholders
Develop Proof of Concept (POC) test plan (with one or two shortlisted vendors)
POC test execution (with one or two shortlisted vendors)
Integration testing
Create AAA specifications
Create configuration standards
Develop API for provisioning and day to day operations
Training to relevant stakeholders
Design, specification, standard knowledge traffic
Develop operation procedures.
