Wifi System Engineer

Job Description:

·WiFi Core Experience

·NetScout experience is must

·WAG Experience

·supporting operational issues

·logging into systems and troubleshooting outages

·Logging network issues in tool like JIRA or IOP

·Analyze abnormal behavior of WiFi network on region, market , AP level

·Troubleshoot problem with NetScout , WAG , SQL query 

·AAA experience core networking

·Manage and troubleshoot issues

·Remote Position

·Bachelor's degree Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering preferred

·Strong understanding of Linux/UNIX and Shell scripting

·Experience testing cloud infrastructure

·Familiarity with 4G and 5G Networks (3GPP standards) is a plus.

·Demonstrated ability to successfully complete complex projects with minimal supervision

·Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

·Extremely strong written and oral communication skills.

·Ability to work independently on multiple high priority projects.

·Extremely strong problem-solving skills.

·Ability to multi-task and handle changing priorities

·Self-motivation to drive solutions to completion
