Job Title: Windows Administrator
Location: Austin, TX
Duration: 12 Months
Preference will be given to local consultants.
Skills background:
Minimum of 6 Years of experience supporting Microsoft Operating Systems environments as an IT Systems Administrator,
Extensive experience providing all aspects of configuration and end user support for Microsoft Office 365 applications,
Previous experience providing IT desktop support to end users,
Experience providing direct technical support to agency Business units and Stake Holders.
Experience working with service desk tools and processes such as Ivanti.
Experience documenting support requirements and procedures.
Duties to include:
Implement and support the Recovery AD Domain, Okta Environment, Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Office 365 environments,
Manage user accounts and network configurations as required to provide services to meet the business and technical requirements
Assist in supporting the ticket management process
Provide Recovery domain security and overall support for domain systems and services, to include the
Responsibility for management of the physical IT servers in partnership with other systems administrators,
Responsibility for management of the virtual cloud services and systems,
Provide systems administration for CDR on premises and cloud-based services as required,
Implement required security parameters to meet the requirements directed by the customers Security office,
Support the email encryption solution where possible this may include ProofPoint and or Barracuda services,
Provide support and resolve tickets for all email issues and Microsoft cloud applications such as O365, Email security, email archived services.
Support Recovery domain server configurations and virtual storage.
Architect, design and implement Cloud services, systems, Active Directory and user access,
Manage both Cloud and physical on-site network and system services,
Assist in managing service requests tickets administrative processes
Implement, support, and maintain secure infrastructure and networks for internet, file storage and printers.
Perform system maintenance for local switches and wireless devices
Perform system and account administration duties,
Manage system and user account administration for software applications, network accounts, etc.
Implement secure external and internal access to the systems allowing external and internal customers to securely collaborate:
Develop and submit documentation related to technical support responsibilities
