Description

Thorough understanding of electrical power and multiple power phases as it relates to data center deployments and systems

· Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite to include Excel and Access.

· Proficiency in the development of Crystal Reports

· Knowledge of reliable electrical power distribution systems as they apply to data center design.

· Knowledge of new approaches to data center architecture including cloud computing, blade systems, and virtualization as well as their impact on data center design.

· Broad understanding of the state of the data center industry, how it fits in the larger IT infrastructure and helps meet business goals.

· Good understanding of Host-based firewall, Intrusion protection, Data Integrity, and Vulnerability Scanners

· Good knowledge of TCP/IP and network protocols

· Experience in Intimacy with UNIX, Windows, and Linux hardware and software configurations

· Knowledge of AWS and Azure security

· Knowledge of Chef Inspec / Automate, TrendMicro Deep Security, CyberArk and Tripwire

· Knowledge of Containers (Kubernetes, AWS Fargate, Docker)

· Knowledge of Splunk and ability to create searches, reports and Dashboards.

· Ability to present and explain technical information to diverse types of audience (management, users, vendor, and technical staff)

· Excellent ability to work in a team environment and across organizational boundaries.

· Excellent task planning and monitoring skills, including the development of standard operating procedures
