Description

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Manage team’s compute environment including HPC
Support design, deployment, and maintenance of customer compute architectures
Manage corporate intranet policy and compliance implementations
Support system administration of Windows/Linux computer systems
Support capital planning and develop hardware refresh roadmap
DESIRED SKILLS:

Extensive experience as a Linux administrator
Extensive experience with Windows Server (AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy)
Experience with parallel systems, parallel processing, parallel file systems
Proficiency in shell scripting with languages such as Python, Perl, Korn, Bourne/Bash, Powershell
Familiarity with High Performance Computing (HPC) environment and related technologies
Familiarity with power and cooling requirements for server room equipment
Experience with system hardening (DISA STIG)
Experience with applying patches and building custom kernels as required to implement functionality or address security concerns.
Experience with Infiniband or Omni-Path high speed fabrics, including subnet management, IPoIB and/or IPoOPA mechanisms, fabric topology and health monitoring and integration with MPI.
Experience with RDMA communications (InfiniBand and OmniPath).
