Description

Job Details:

  • Position is with the Data Center Operations group specifically the Windows Server Support team.  
  • Team members are responsible for installing, security hardening, monthly OS patching plus daily support of the Windows Server operating system 2012, 2019, and 2022.  
  • Other server responsibilities include troubleshooting, installation of anti-virus software, backup software, monitoring software, monitoring of disk space, CPU, memory, etc.  
  • Candidate must be a team player and possess excellent customer service skills.  
  • Cloud server experience with AWS EC2 and Azure virtual instances preferred.

Schedule:

Monday thru Friday days.  Must also be available for nights/weekends for server patching, server issues, etc.

Bachelor's degree
