Skills Needed :

 

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

2. X+ years of experience in network architecture and design, with a focus on private wireless networks.

3. Deep understanding of wireless communication protocols, including 5G NR, LTE, , Wi-Fi, and related technologies.

4. Proficiency in network design tools and software, such as RF planning tools, simulation software, and network modeling platforms.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex technical requirements and propose effective solutions.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

7. Proven track record of successfully architecting and implementing private wireless network solutions for enterprise or industrial applications.

8. Industry certifications such as CCNA Wireless, CWNA, CWDP, CWSP, or equivalent are a plus

 

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the architectural design and planning of private wireless networks, including but not limited to RAN, Core, transport,5G, LTE, SD-WAN, MPLS, and Wi-Fi. 5G MEC

2. Good experience in Cloud infrastructure technologies – AWS/ GCP/Azure

3. Collaborate with sales teams and customers to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

4. Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine optimal network deployment strategies, considering factors such as coverage, capacity, and interference.

5. Develop detailed network architecture diagrams, specifications, and implementation plans, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.

6. Design security mechanisms and protocols to protect private wireless networks from unauthorized access, intrusion, and cyber threats.

7. Work closely with engineering teams to oversee the implementation and deployment of wireless network infrastructure, providing guidance and technical support as needed.

8. Perform network performance analysis and optimization to ensure optimal functionality, reliability, and quality of service (QoS).

9. Stay informed about emerging technologies, standards, and trends in the wireless networking industry, and evaluate their potential impact on network architecture and design.

10. Act as a subject matter expert on private wireless networks, providing mentorship, training, and technical guidance to junior team members.

11. Collaborate with vendors, partners, and industry organizations to stay abreast of the latest advancements in wireless technologies and participate in relevant standards bodies or forums
