Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of Workday solutions, including Core HCM, Compensation, Talent Management, and Integrations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess system capabilities, and recommend solutions that drive business value.
Architect and configure Workday to support complex business processes and organizational structures.
Partner with HR, IT, and other teams to streamline processes, enhance user experience, and ensure data integrity.
Stay abreast of Workday releases, features, and industry trends to drive continuous innovation and optimization.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to internal teams and external partners, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.
Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and best practices to support system users and administrators.
Drive change management initiatives to promote adoption and maximize the benefits of Workday across the organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday implementation and configuration, with a focus on Core HCM, Compensation, and Talent Management modules.
Workday certification(s) in HCM and/or Integrations highly desirable.
Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
Proven track record of successfully leading Workday projects from inception to completion.
Experience with Workday reporting, integrations, and security frameworks.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines.
