5+ Years of Experience:

We are looking for a talented Workday HR Systems Analyst to join the HR Tech team involved in managing large-scale company initiative.

The successful candidate will be a focused and flexible individual who can work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and act as the point of contact for assigned projects and tickets.

As part of this role, you'll be responsible for:

• Very strong experienced Workday Business Process with excellent configuration skills in Benefits, core HCM, time off/LOA (Leave of Absence) with a history of multiple country implementations

• We are looking at expanding our Workday benefits footprint and the individual will be able to work with multiple stakeholders in the benefits area, capture requirements, solution and configure workday benefits

• Work a prioritized backlog in an Agile team

• Work on a number of optimization areas within HCM configuration

• Have extremely strong deep level analysis and consultation for potential system enhancements, new features on Workday

• Have strong Workday Functional Analyst skills able to work with requestors to understand and document requirements

• Have strong consultative skills, able to discuss with key stakeholders, business requirements, use strong Workday expertise to provide range of options

• Assigned to change transformation projects providing analysis, consultancy and configuration changes

• Lead Requirements gathering, technical documentation, test scripts creation relevant to the change/project

• Responsible for the end to end design and implementation of system enhancements

• Work closely with HR and other corporate teams to lead & drive end-to-end Workday systems improvement.

• Ability to juggle multiple parallel transformation projects under an accelerated timeline


 

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Workday Benefits Certification

Workday experience within a Global HR Transformation Programme or HRIS BAU capacity

• Experience within a Functional HR Analyst and Configuration role a must

• Strong Workday Functional Configuration skills within core HCM and Benefits/LOA

• Understanding of other Workday modules such as Compensation, Recruiting, , Talent and Performance

• Skilled at creating Worker Data Load, Master Data Updates using EIB

• Advanced Workday Reporting skills and Dashboard creation

• Excellent documentation and communication skills and used to working with multiple stakeholders across a complex matrix structure

• Strong problem-solving skills to solve any issues within the system
