Workday Configuration Analyst

Must Have:
Workday Configuration. 
Mines does not have anyone on staff that can configure and make the necessary changes.
In terms of modules within workday, they are using HR/HCM and Finance. 
Their implementation partner for Workday was Collaborative Solutions/ Cognizant and there was no transfer of knowledge to the Mines team and not very collaborative. 
They need a consultant that can gather requirements, complete life cycle and as Client said “squash” issues. 
Make suggestions, show them a better way of doing things and a faster way. Help with testing, understands Workday end to end. Knowledge of HR, Payroll (lots of payroll) and finance. 
Client said they have a very sharp team eager to learn from our consultant on configuration.
