drive a multi-faceted project delivery effort in support of our Skills/Talent Mobility/Talent Marketplace effort.
The Marketplace will use a skills ontology to assign specific skills with the appropriate skill proficiency level to a given set of jobs/roles. There will be a capability for the employee to assess their skills against the requirements and understand any skill gaps. Then, appropriate developmental options will be provided to close those skills gaps. Lastly, the marketplace will provide visibility into open roles thus permitting the employee to apply for any openings. As you can see, it’s a very exciting but complex project. It will require workstreams in both technical and non-technical nature.
The PPM will facilitate and lead the execution and delivery of the Internal Mobility/Talent Marketplace Program accomplish business goals and objectives within prescribed timeframes and budgets. Must demonstrate an understanding of how activities contribute to the achievement of strategic business goals and operational objectives. Will collaborates with key stakeholders, vendors and project/program teams to identify mutually beneficial outcomes for competing priorities and negotiate timelines to ensure objectives are met. Requires expertise in detailed project planning and reporting. This program contains a technology element, so IT implementation experience is important. Experience implementing HR programs is preferred.
