Workday Consultant

Job Description:

BACKGROUND: We are seeking a techno-functional Workday Programmer to join our Client's Technology Services (TS) ERP Cloud Solution Delivery team. The successful candidate will support and maintain our highly visible cloud system, Workday. Responsibilities include troubleshooting production issues, developing Workday integrations and reports, and performing end-to-end testing of integrations, reports, and business processes. The role also involves supporting the production Workday environment and developing new solutions and enhancements.

REQUIREMENTS: The ideal candidate should have the knowledge and skill set of a Senior Application Developer, Engineer, or Programmer, including:

Ability to configure, implement, test, and document solutions in Workday

Extensive experience in developing integrations and reports, including BIRT reports

Thorough knowledge of security for integrations and reports

Experience in developing calculated fields

Knowledge and experience with Workday HCM and Payroll business processes

Preferred knowledge of Orchestrate integrations

Excellent communication and organizational skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design and test assigned integrations and reports

Document project deliverables such as requirements specifications, design, and test results

Prepare and deliver documents required for peer review

Monitor integration issues in production and work with business users and the scrum team to resolve issues
