Qualifications:

• Workday Certification in Core HCM or relevant modules preferred.
• Bachelor s Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM, including system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of HR processes (recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, etc.).
