Plan, design and deliver new Workday integrations by applying Cloud Connectors, Document Transformations, Enterprise Interface Builders, and Workday Studio
Support Workday HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll and Talent, and other modules
Develop and maintain Extend Applications along with internal and external Workday Applications
Stay engaged on Workday Community to understand current trends and upcoming feature updates, and provide technical input in the selection of optional features
Perform risk analysis, and lead key functional stakeholders, and vendors through impact analysis, HCMenhancements, change requests, and product upgrades
Provide ongoing support and collaboration with required business units, including but not limited to planning, validation, testing, and service updates
Basic Hiring Criteria:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related technical field
Minimum 3 years of experience with Workday Integrations development with skills in EIBs, Studio, CoreConnectors as well as Workday Extend
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate successfully with system users, internal clients, and developers
Desired Qualifications:
Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
Are knowledgeable with Workday's Security model, Security domains, policies, and groups
Have experience in technical integrations with external benefits providers and third-party systems, i.e., iCIMS, SABA, and/or Taleo
Experience with Prism, and Workday analytics, Studio, BIRT, Application Program Interface (APIs) SOAP, REST, middleware, Cloud Connect, Payroll connectors (PICOF, PECI), Business Process Framework, Configurable Security, Calculated Fields, XML/XLST, Report Writer
