Workday Extend Consultant -- 100% Remote -- Long Term Contract

Job Summary

iitjobs is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workday Extend Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying custom solutions using the Workday Extend platform. This role requires a strong understanding of Workday s core functionality and Extend s capabilities to deliver tailored solutions that enhance the client's existing Workday environment.

Required Skills & Experience

• Workday Extend Expertise: Proven experience working with Workday Extend, including building custom applications and developing APIs.
• Workday Configuration Knowledge: Familiarity with core Workday HCM, Financials, Payroll, and other modules to integrate Extend applications.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Workday Studio, XSLT, BIRT, and other Workday tools.
  • Strong programming experience with Workday-specific languages, such as Workday Prism or Workday Integration Cloud.
  • Solid understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, web services, XML, and JSON.

Educational Background

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Workday Extend certification is highly desirable.
• Experience working with large enterprise clients or similar environments.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in Workday Security, Workday Reporting, and Integrations.
