Technical/Functional Skills:
Experience building Workday Integrations with Workday Studio, EIB, advanced Raas and Core Connectors.
Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, XML, XSLT, and Web Services (SOAP and REST).
Experience developing Workday custom reports and calculated fields.
Experience in payroll costing allocation setup in workday to enable creation/assignment/review of costing allocations.
Experience integrating systems with third-party service vendors.
At least one full implementation of Workday, with demonstrated Workday technical and integrations experience.
Create detailed integration specifications, field mappings, and designs to support the entire integration deployment life cycle.
Monitor scheduled integrations and develop automated management processes.
Research integration failures, perform root cause analyses, and report back to management and business leaders. Develop plans to mitigate and avoid future system issues.
HCM functional knowledge is preferable.
Working knowledge of workday security applicable to integrations.
