Key Responsibilities:

Data Conversion Assistance:

Work with stakeholders to plan and execute data conversion for 7,000+ employees during the transition to Workday, ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout the migration.

Security Revamp:

Collaborate with the security team to revamp Workday security measures for SOX compliance. Define the scope and implement necessary changes to enhance data security and access controls.

Custom Reporting:

Design and develop custom reports in Workday based on business requirements. Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, design layouts, and implement solutions.

Documentation & Training:

Create detailed documentation for data conversion processes, security revamp initiatives, and custom reporting configurations.

HCM Business Process Configuration:

Configure business processes within the HCM module to meet the organization's needs.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

Experience:

Proven experience in Workday implementation projects, specifically in data conversion, security management, and report development.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Workday reporting tools with hands-on experience developing custom reports.

Compliance:

Familiarity with SOX compliance requirements and experience implementing security controls in Workday or similar ERP systems.

Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
