Description

In this role, you will be responsible for project management activities for a Workday HCM project which requires knowledge and understanding of the HCM modules. Moreover, awareness of the integrations and coordination with multiple teams is expected.

Responsibilities
Strong working experience in Core HCM, Recruiting,Talent,Absence Management, Succession Planning
Study customer requirements on financial processes and map them in Workday Cloud.
Analyze As-Is Processes and design the optimized To-Be Processes
Perform Design Validation and identify areas of improvement
Suggest and improve business processes
Prepare Training Material, SOPs etc for Workday processes.
Prepare Test Scripts, and perform Testing Workday functionality & configuration
Impart training to users on Workday
BE/MBA/M.Tech
Should have experience in Workday Financial Implementation and Support

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
•              Extensive experience with Workday modules is critical.
•              Commanding knowledge in HR domain and Business Process Flows.
•              Proficiency with business processes including: Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent Management, Advanced Compensation, Absence Management required.
•              Experience in leading and execution of testing in all the cycles of the project.
•              Good communication and customer facing skills.
•              Tried capability in designing solutions and providing process consulting
