Configuration support for 3 programs across AMS support and product enhancements

Experience in Business Process setup

Good knowledge in these Workday functional areas - HCM Core, Base Comp, Recruitment, Performance/Goals

Good understanding of Workday Security

Ability to configure and test functional changes to Workday modules

Ability to gather & analyze requirements, collaborate with business, and configure new Workday features

Good written & oral communication skills & strong team player

Good experience of working in onsite/offshore model
