Description

Responsible for acting as an individual contributor to the HR System & Technology team in the HR Technology and Service Solutions department.
This individual serves as a technical point of contact within our HR Workday implementation in the areas of Core HR and Organizational Management.
Understand the HR Workday support model and also the configuration and design of the HR system.
Sr. Specialist assists subject matter experts with defining data integrity processes and audits, testing system functionality, researching and resolving problems related to unexpected results or process flaws.
Recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet business requirements during the implementation and post implementation.
Provides support to the department in the area of quality assurance testing, functional system maintenance, system enhancements and administrative support as needed.
