Must have:
Workday SME
HCM core systems – all diff. modules doing configurations and management.
Fielding a lot of questions from people to make changes and configs. (business processes)
Reporting
HRIS Manager within their HR dept, NOT in IT
Not super strict with 4 years HCM – could be more, could be less, but needs to be strong
Bachelor's Degree in a related field required or the equivalent combination of education or training.
4+ years of experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) with a focus on Workday is required. Demonstrated experience in core HCM configurations and reporting is a must.
Certified in Workday HCM preferred.
Previous experience supporting users of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system is required.
