Job Role: Workday Integration Developer
Location: Mountain View, CA (On-Site)

Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities - experience designing and developing complex Workday integrations and APIs between HR applications and third-party systems (ADP and other Payroll systems, Compensation and Benefit systems, Xactly, SmartRecruiters or ATS systems, Active Directory, Sailpoint, etc.)
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, deploy, support, enhance back-end integration solutions seamlessly to connect LinkedIn enterprise systems
• Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations.
• Review business/functional requirement documents, author technical design documents, and produce high quality integrations that are unit tested, code reviewed, and checked in
• Partner with cross-functional teams such as Payroll, Finance, Sales Ops, Facilities, Enterprise Productivity Engineering to streamline and automate data delivery and synchronization among enterprise applications
• Highly agile and work independently and produce high quality deliverables. Basic Qualifications
• 7+ years expert level experience in Workday integrations, Web Services, Workday Studio, PECI, EIB, Core Connectors, PICOF, SOAP, REST API, SQL, and system integration development
• BS degree in CS, CE, EE, MIS, or related field or equivalent hands-on experience
• Expertise in building Workday PECI and PICOF integrations. Preferred Qualifications
• Highly self-driven, execution-focused, with a willingness to do “what it takes” to deliver results as you will be expected to rapidly cover a considerable amount of ground on your own
• Understanding of development methodology and actual experience writing functional and technical design specifications
• Demonstrated experience resolving complex business and application problems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to work cross-functionally independently.
• Current Workday Integration development certifications.
