Job Title: Workday Payroll Configurator
Location: Washington, DC
Assignment Type: Remote
Duration: 12 Months (Extendable)

Please Note: 98% Remote but there will be occasional meetings in DC, local candidates are highly preferred.

Description:
The candidate shall possess the knowledge and skills set forth in the Technology Services Client, Section 3.20.9.1 for Workday Payroll and Advanced Compensation configurator, with specific focuses on the below knowledge and experience:
· At least 4 years of enterprise resource planning (ERP), Human Capital Management (HCM) and Advanced Compensation implementation, and upgrade experience as a Configurator:
· Workday certified in HCM, Payroll and/or Advanced Compensation a plus.
· Detailed understanding of ERP System concepts and general module functionality.
· Knowledge and execution of Workday project management methodologies. Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities.
· Experience working on agile teams and with Scrum methodologies.
· Strong knowledge of DevOps tools and processes, preference of experience with ServiceNow Agile module and knowledge of HRSD.
· Strong analytical, research and conceptual-thinking skills to visualize solutions to a wide variety of HR needs.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
· Ability to navigate organizational culture and flexibility on the application of best practices.
· Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
