Job profile: Workday Payroll Consultant (12+ years)

Description:
• Must have thorough knowledge on US / Canada Workday payroll processes (Payroll Framework Earnings, deductions, US taxations, job codes, payroll calculations , end to end payroll business processes , PCG's, payroll interfaces ).
• Must have good hands-on knowledge on Workday Payroll, Time and other HCM Module.
• Good hands-on knowledge in updating the General Ledger, posting rule sets, accounting sets to include the new entities.
• Good knowledge on Configuring Workday compensation packages including salary, bonus, allowance, commission, and merit plans that are applicable for the new entities.
• Gather business requirements through discovery and design sessions.
• Recommend best practice and relevant industry experience in Workday Payroll and time.
• As part of year end activities, preparing checklist relating to Period Schedules, Holiday Calendars, Balance Payouts, Open enrollment and W2 generations
• Banking and settlement for US Payroll
• Must have good knowledge and experience in Workday modules – including Payroll, Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Time, Absence, Talent, Loads.
• Flexible in working for different workday Modules.
• Flexible in terms of working in different time Zones within USA.
• Workday Payroll certifications highly preferred
