Function: Operations

In this role, you will be responsible for preparation, processing, maintenance, verification, reconciliation of employee data, payroll/benefit records, and payments.

Responsibilities

" Maintain, input, review and process payroll for US

" Partner with HR team members to coordinate employee compensation updates, new hires, separations, data change and approvals

" Perform the daily configuration support of the US Payroll and Time Tracking modules in Workday

" Assess and resolves payroll-related requests within established guidelines

" Serves as a payroll liaison when working with cross-functional business teams to translate complex business needs to effective design recommendations, system analysis, system configuration

" Data entry and verification to ensure compliance and data accuracy. Review net variances from previous month and reconcile payroll

" Process approved sales commission and bonus compensation and other variables monthly

" Configure and implement new payroll functionality in Workday HCM system

Minimum Qualifications

" Good working experience is US Payroll

" Strong excel skills and reconciliation skills is required

" Good Liaoning skills with global stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

" Workday Certification is preferred

" Work effectively on multiple projects concurrently, when necessary

" Strong Workday functional knowledge and project management skills

" Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills

" Problem solving skills with customer centric approach demonstrated proficiency
