Function: Operations

In this role, you will be responsible for preparation, processing, maintenance, verification, reconciliation of employee data, payroll/benefit records, and payments.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain, input, review and process payroll for US
  • Partner with HR team members to coordinate employee compensation updates, new hires, separations, data change and approvals
  • Perform the daily configuration support of the US Payroll and Time Tracking modules in Workday
  • Assess and resolves payroll-related requests within established guidelines
  • Serves as a payroll liaison when working with cross-functional business teams to translate complex business needs to effective design recommendations, system analysis, system configuration
  • Data entry and verification to ensure compliance and data accuracy. Review net variances from previous month and reconcile payroll
  • Process approved sales commission and bonus compensation and other variables monthly
  • Configure and implement new payroll functionality in Workday HCM system

Minimum Qualifications

  • Good working experience is US Payroll
  • Strong excel skills and reconciliation skills is required
  • Good Liaoning skills with global stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

  • Workday Certification is preferred
  • Work effectively on multiple projects concurrently, when necessary
  • Strong Workday functional knowledge and project management skills
  • Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills
  • Problem solving skills with customer centric approach demonstrated proficiency
