Description

Responsibilities:

* Lead the planning, execution, and closure of the Workday migration project, ensuring all deliverables are met within the stipulated timeline and budget

* Oversee and motivate a large and geographically dispersed project team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment to drive project success

* Collaborate with key stakeholders across the division to gather and analyze business requirements, providing expert recommendations on Workday configurations and best practices

* Ensure compliance with global and local regulations, data privacy, and security policies throughout the migration process

* Develop and deliver training programs to ensure end-users are proficient and comfortable with the new Workday instance


Required Skills : * Bachelor s or Master s degree in IT, Business, Human Resources or a related field; MBA a plus * 10 years of IT project management experience; PMP certification highly desirable * Proven track record leading multiple start-to-finish Workday implementations or migrations is required. Implementation experience as employee of Workday or with a Workday service partner is highly desirable * Strong knowledge of Workday HCM required * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels * Experience in change management and developing employee training * Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills * High level of self-motivation and initiative, with a commitment to delivering excellence * Demonstrated track record of contributing both strategically and tactically at a consistently high
